Look at BOAT TRADER ONLINE.. they have LISTINGS for trades http://www.boattraderonline.com and you can always GOOGLE for BOAT DEALERS and BOATS FOR SALE AND TRADE.. or have you never HEARD of GOOGLE?
I have to wonder when someone knows so LITTLE about BOATS and BOATING that they don't know where to look for one or ask questions about "what kind", etc… or how well they will do when they try trading for a boat or LIVING on a BOAT.. it's a whole different world and most people are not ready for it. Just the fact you are looking for a Cat tells me you don't know much about boating.
That being said… look at an Endeavour Cat or a Gemini.. both are excellent and should trade about even for your Florida property

It’s difficult for foreigners to find work in Costa Rica. The government doesn’t like any one taking jobs away from Costa Ricans and the labor laws reflect this sentiment. Basically the only foreigners legally employed in Costa Rica work for their own businesses, possess skills not found in the country or work for companies that have special agreements the government..
