When getting into a renovation project the first thing you should alway’s make sure is that you have a contractor that can work with you on your budget! Just hiring every contractor on your own can be a real nghtmare! You should always ask for a copy of their insurance. Can they handle your project from start to finish.

Some contractors sub everything out, Big mistake for the average home owner. You need a contractor that will work with you just in case you will know where to call. Some contractors will do all the work themselves and just have people in other fields check there work. The cost is to the contractor not you.

When doing any renovations the first thing you should do is insulation. The best insulation for all homes today is spray foam insulation. Yes it does cost more but it saves money in the long run.

Quality home renovations is the major installer of Spray foam in Ontario and is well qualified in all home renovations.  we only use the best spray foams on the market today! Not all spray foam products are the same though and it is important to know the difference. If it is a water based material forget it! They break down over a period of time. There are many products that say there better than tiger foam but none of them can claim the same things as tiger foam does.

When doing basement renovations you should start from the floor up! Make sure you put a good quality subfloor in. That has a waterproof meambrane under it. This can save you $20,000 in the future. If you have ever had a flood before you know exactly what I am talking about. Drywall or gypsumboard? Gypsumboard by a country mile! No matter what your contractor tells you never use drywall in a basement. Gypsumboard is mold and mildew resistant, Basements are damp area’s. lots of heat loss from here also spray foam in a basement will elimante dampness and prolong your renovation project.

Another place for gypsumboard is bathrooms never drywall there either! It cost more but you will be happy you did so. Laminate or hardwood real hardwood always last 5-10 times longer, and use mold and mildew resistant paints! I hope these tips help you with your projects and if you wish a free estimate please feel free to email us by clicking here we service all Ontario helping people in need. it sounds to be fairly easy . but u will involve lot labor to fix wher u removed walls ceiling and do u have enough room to put door with just stair width hope this helps oh and cost very wher u live good luck

If this is your personal residence, you add costs of improvements to the basis of your home – they might save you taxes when you sell. It has no effect on your 2007 return unless some of the expenses qualify for a residential energy credit.

your best thing to do is first check the county/city website for restrictions my understanding from a few years ago was that interiors didn't need a permit. Structural changes did, due to safety concerns ( moving walls that are weight bearing without replacing braces) best is to call the inspectors directly and then make note of who spoke to and what said to get the correct information the first time around.

:o very good

About $2 unless you can prove the block actually came from the capitol building. There should be some sort of certificate stating the authenticity of the block. At the very least, go back to the newspapers from Montgomery in 1991 and 1992 (Sunday papers would probably be best). You want to find the notice or ads for the sale of the blocks like you have and make a copy of it. On your copy, please note the source and date of publication. The sale price of the pieces will give you some idea of the value of your chunk.

how do i vote. i want to vote for you

….Wow! That’s such an awesome redesign!! :)

dude i know how u make your videos and all but u stumped me on something u did. it was when u were building things infront of your sim. well more like behind him, but anyways thats an amazing effects you pulled off there.

1. Prove that God is one- not separated to the different religions.
2. Make the list of What is good and what is bad, quit common in all religions and explain that all are same.
3.May be the color and appearence differs based on the atmosphere, climate etc. but brain, blood all parts are the same, explain them we all are same and we all are one community, a human being.
4. Explain them that before some thousand years back there is no religion at all and we created it.

The first step is to check with your local bank and realtors…there are also national grants available from the government. Take a look at this article 'How to Get a Home Improvement Grant' http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/459112/how_to_get_a_home_improvement_grant.html for some tips.

Good luck!

We just finished (well almost) a complete kitchen rennovation. We did a lot of the work ourselves so it took a lot longer than we expected. We moved our old regrigerator to the laundry room, and we had an old electric frying pan, an outside grill, a crockpot and a microwave. We eventually bought a toaster oven and a 2 burner butane hotplate. Basically, we cooked about everything that we would normally cook in a real kitchen on those few appliances.

Other than corn and popcorn, I really didn't use my microwave for much except reheating leftovers. I used the crockpot a lot which was quick and easy, but the toaster oven and hotplate were the two things I used the most.

Tell your relative to invest in a toaster oven with temperature controls. We baked everything in there, from baked potatoes to small roasts. Also, tell her to add at least 2 months to any renovation project…it always takes longer than you think it will. Tell her it will all be worth it in the end. I still have a concrete floor, but I LOVE my new kitchen.

Best of luck!!

@Chrillsims3 oh thanks you:) I’ve been wanting to know how to do that, I thought it came with the expansion pack. Well, this house is beautiful. Well done!:)

It ‘s good house and good video : D
Extremely gorgeous

(a) (400 ton/yr)($30/ton) = $1,200/yr
(b) ($130,000)/($1,200/yr) ≈ 73.5 years
This is an exceedingly poor ROI. Attempting to implement the renovation would almost certainly result in the manager being discharged and replaced.

The surface area of Earth is about 510,072,000 km²
The weight of Earth's atmosphere is then
W = (510,072,000 km²)[(100,000 cm/km)(1 in./2.54 cm)]²(14.696 lb/in^2)(1 ton/2,000 lb)
W ≈ 5,809,426,000,000,000 tons
W ≈ 5,809,426 billion tons
(400 tons)/(5,809,426 billion tons) ≈
0.000068854 parts per billion ≈
0.068854 parts per trillion ≈
68.9 parts per quadrillion

It would take around a million years for 400 ton/year to have any effect one way or another on our atmosphere.

I just have to ask.. Where did you get the EA video in the beginning? I’ve looked like.. everywhere!

How do u get those little walls but not half walls???
