Being on a budget doesn’t mean you have to go without. If your home needs a facelift, you don’t need to pay facelift prices to get the same results. Even if your talents are limited to hanging pictures, you, too can take advantage of some common household tools and turn those household projects into real DIY projects.
Nothing adds value to a home like beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. Sure, living areas are important but chances are that these rooms look good because of your furniture. People place value in what you leave behind – vanities, cabinets, fixtures, newly done showers, etc. Those antique pillows and custom made coffee table mean nothing when it comes time to sell.
If you’re new to this DIY thing, take care of the bathroom first. It’s the best place to practice and if you do make a mistake it’s easier to hide or even redo. Old cabinets and vanities can usually be painted. Try a new approach, though. Forget the boring can of paint. Try one of the new wall textures. A sandstone finish will resemble a poured concrete counter and this can be put over any surface at all. Check out wall cover options at your local home store in the paint section. Whatever you find can be ‘painted’ onto virtually any surface. Use your imagination.
Sometimes all you need for an immediate improvement is a new faucet. New styles are gorgeous and easy to install. Even you can do it! They all come with instructions and most stores have instructions you can bring home, too.
Don’t try to figure out how to lay tile. This is not something to practice on for your first DIY project. However, you can still work around the tile and spruce it up. If it’s chipped it can be fixed fairly quickly with a repair kit from a larger home improvement store. Have them tint the filler for you.
For grout, you have a few choices. The easiest, however, is to put down new grout. This isn’t a big deal because they now have pen-like application devices that allow you to ‘paint’ on a new layer of grout in a wide variety of colors. Mix, match, whatever. These are mold resistant and can be used in any environment including inside the shower.
If you haven’t put up chair railings in your home yet, now is the time to do it. A simple chair railing can character, value, and lend itself to even further decorating ideas. These can be added to any room that doesn’t have tiled walls. You need nothing other than a few nails and some perfect measurements, and you can completely change the look of any room in the house. Measure, nail it up. That’s it. Next, you may want to choose different color paints or materials for the top and bottom sections.
Do you have wallpaper that you have nightmares about? You can take care of that, too. Myth: you can’t paint over paper. Fact: yes, you can! First, pull off the pieces that are loose and hanging. Next, rent a simple sanding tool with a medium surface and sand down the wall, right over the paper. Rinse it and let it dry. Now, paint! New paints will cover just about anything, including unforgiving walls. (This is an ideal time to add that chair railing, too.)

I want to make this bread, but how?

In addition to Dream Dinners, there's also Super Suppers. It all depends which one is closer to you and which menus you like better.
In fact, it's time for me to restock my freezer again. Love the Chicken Mirabella at DD.

Blanch them, then freeze in ziplock bags. Make sure to get all excess air out.
check name in local directory, not enuf info.
it was a hot fire….i could feel it as soon as i got out the truck…i couldn’t believe i filmed that radiated heat igniting the exposure building…one thing that blows my mind is, a couple lights on our truck were warped from the heat…the exposure building caught…but that plastic tent right beside the structure never melted…plastic can catch fire but for the most part it melts…i wouldve expected all that plastic covering to melt too…hmmm
thats one hot fire if the building 10 yards away catches
What a great mom you are! Use organic foods and your baby will get the VERY best. Buy the little gladware containers…they are like tupperware but cheaper…much cheaper. They smallest ones are the same size as a baby food container (4 oz or 1/2 cup). Freeze those. You can buy them online here http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=164120&catid=91823&aid=335933&aparam=gladware_containers_and_l but they are actually cheaper at the store if yours carries them. Good luck.
Wow
2:55 See that cat run for its life? LMAO!!
Great video
Great fire footage! Did they have to replace the “Q” siren after that run?
I would certainly write and complain.
Clearly lay out your case in order adding times and dates.
Explain the abuse you received.
Many companies do not get complaints about their managers, and rely on the public to keep them informed.
Consequences. That will depend upon the relationship between the manager in question and the upper management.
It could result in a slap on the wrist to disciplinary action such as a warning.
